How do I return my LSTN product?

Warranty
We offer an unparalleled one year warranty on all headphones, earbuds, and speakers. We always stand behind our products, so you can feel confident and reassured when making your purchase from LSTN.
How great is your warranty?
It's pretty darn great! If your headphones, earbuds, or speakers break or malfunction within a year of purchase, you can trade them in for brand new ones.
Please contact hello@lstnsound.com to start a ticket, and let us know what’s up to get started on your warranty claim. Please have your receipt, purchase confirmation, or order number ready to go! Our warranty covers products purchased from LSTNSound.co and our official, authorized retailers ONLY.
Purchases made from third-party Amazon resellers will not be honored under warranty. Please contact the seller with any warranty claims.

Please contact Amazon support if you wish to make a return for refund within 30 days of purchase.
Having a cable issue? No need to return your headphones or contact Amazon support. We offer replacement cables on our website.

Shipping
I live in the U.S. - what does shipping cost? How long does it take?
We ship via UPS and USPS. Rates are calculated per order and will be shown at checkout.
Ship times are variable based on location, and are subject to uncontrollable factors like order volume and weather conditions. Your patience is greatly appreciated!
Did my order ship? Can I track it?
You'll receive an automated email from us at the time of shipment. There, you’ll find your tracking number and a link to track your package online.
Didn't get your automated shipping email?
- Check your spam folder
- Fill out a support ticket and we'll help track down your package.
- Check your confirmation email to make sure your item isn't on backorder or preorder!
General Questions
Will my headphones work with my iPhone / iPad / iPod / Android / Computer / Walkman / Blackberry / CD Player / Etc?
Yes. Our 3.5mm gold plated plug is the standard for most devices and works in everything we have come across. We are not positive about 8-track or laser disc, and suggest you get a new device for listening to music on if this is your question. All LSTN wireless products use the Bluetooth™ standard, and work with most Bluetooth-compatible devices. For specific questions, please contact your device's manufacturer.
I lost my headphone cable / my dog chewed it up / I stepped on it and it broke. Can I order a replacement?
Accidents happen - we won't ask questions. While this isn't covered in our warranty, you can order a replacement cable through our site. We offer replacement cables in nylon or classic rubber.
Are LSTN headphones noise-canceling?
None of our products use batteries so they are not active noise-canceling headphones. However, all of our headphone and earbud models are very effective at blocking outside noise while you're enjoying your music!
Help! My coupon code doesn't work!
Breathe, relax, and breathe again. You might just be entering it in the wrong section. There's a difference between gift card codes and discount codes, and each has their own place to be entered at checkout:
Gift cards: During the final payment stage at checkout, look for the blue writing under the Billing & Payment heading on the bottom left of your page.
Discount codes: During the final payment stage at checkout, look for the blue writing under the Order Summary heading on the right side of your page.
Still not working? It may be expired or have a restriction.

I want to test your products before purchasing them. Is there anywhere I can go to do so?
If you would like to try LSTN products in person, there might be an authorized retailer near you. Please fill out a support ticket to inquire about a retailer in your area.
No retailers near you? Don’t fret – our return policy is really hassle-free. You can be confident purchasing from LSTN. If for some reason the item doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return it for a full refund of the product cost within 15 days.
